TB COSMETICS RETURN POLICY.
If you have received a product that is damaged, please contact us at admin@tbcosmetics.com.au as soon as possible and we will replace the product that is damaged.
If you have had an allergic reaction to any of the products, please inform us straight away and discontinue using the product. Our team will review the matter as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not refund products that have been opened, unless faulty.

TB COSMETICS BOOKING POLICY.
All bookings require a $50 deposit, this deposit is to secure your booking and will be used towards your treatment.
Your booking deposit will be deducted from your account if you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or if you do not show.
